1 Seriously Injured in Palm Springs Car Accident at Vista Chino and Farrell Drive
Palm Springs, California (June 9, 2020) – One person was seriously injured Monday morning in a three-vehicle crash in the area of Vista Chino and Farrell Drive in Palm Springs, according to a local news source.
At around 7:53 a.m. Monday, June 8, a Scion, a Toyota and a Jeep SUV collided at the intersection of East Vista Chino and North Farrell Drive.
At least two of the vehicles involved had its airbags deployed, authorities said.
The Scion reportedly veered off the roadway after the impact and ended up in an open lot. The SUV sustained front-end damaged after rear-ending the Toyota.

Authorities said one patient was taken to a local hospital with life-threatening injuries. The name of the victim and their current condition were not available.
Police closed the intersection for nearly two hours following the crash. Motorists were asked to seek alternate routes.
An investigation into the crash is underway.
