At Least 1 Seriously Injured in San Bernardino Car Accident on 215 Freeway
San Bernardino, California (May 30, 2020) – At least one person was hurt in a traffic crash that took place Friday night on a freeway in San Bernardino, according to the California Highway Patrol.
CHP said at least two vehicles collided at about 8:47 p.m. on northbound 215 Freeway at Baseline Street.
The report said a witness told officers that a PT Cruiser was stopped and blocking the roadway when a semi-truck crashed into it.
At least one person sustained major injuries in the accident. An ambulance was sent to the scene to transport the patient to the hospital.
Oil was leaking from the big rig onto the No. 3 lane and needed cleaning.
CHP is investigating the cause of the collision.
