Coachella, California (May 27, 2020) – A bicyclist died after being struck by a vehicle Tuesday night in Coachella, according to a local news source.
The fatal crash happened at about 9:18 p.m. Tuesday, May 26, in the area of Tyler Street and Avenue 54.
Authorities said the bicyclist was struck by a vehicle near Tyler Street and Avenue 54 for unknown reasons.

Emergency personnel responded to the scene and pronounced the bicycle rider deceased at the scene. The name of the victim is being withheld pending notification of next of kin.
The driver of the vehicle stopped at the scene and cooperated with the authorities.
