Long Beach, California (May 19, 2020) – One person was hurt after two vehicles collided in the area of Long Beach Monday morning, according to a California Highway Patrol report.
The two-vehicle crash occurred on the northbound Interstate 405 Freeway near the Interstate 710 Freeway interchange at approximately 6:45 a.m.
The accident involved a black Scion and a Toyota Tundra pickup truck that crashed along the roadway for unknown reasons.
Due to the impact, the Tundra came to a rest on the right shoulder while the Scion blocked the No. 1 lane of the highway.

One victim was reported to have sustained a broken leg injury in the mishap.
Officials requested tow trucks to remove both vehicles away from the crash site.
