1 Sustains Serious Injuries in Sacramento Truck Accident at Florin Perkins Road and Weyand Avenue

Sacramento, California (April 12, 2020) – The California Highway Patrol is investigating the cause of a major injury crash involving a UPS truck near the Olde Florintown Park in Sacramento Friday morning.
The collision happened at around 10:10 a.m. at the intersection of Florin Perkins Road and Weyand Avenue.
As per the CHP dispatch, the UPS truck collided with a silver Chevrolet Suburban at the intersection on April 10.
Due to the impact, the SUV acquired major front-end and left damage.
1 Hurt After Car and UPS Truck Crashes in Sacramento
One unidentified person was reported to have sustained major injuries in the wreck.
The victim was attended to by paramedics and then rushed to an area hospital for further treatment.
Several lanes of the roadway were shut down as investigation and clean-up took place.
