At Least 1 Person Injured in San Marcos Car Accident on State Highway 78 near Las Posas Road
San Marcos, California (April 12, 2020) – At least one person was hospitalized Thursday morning following a two-vehicle crash in San Marcos, according to a report by the California Highway Patrol.
The accident happened at about 8:43 a.m. Thursday, April on eastbound State Highway 78 near Las Posas Road.
As per the CHP report, a white Infiniti collided with a white Mazda 9 in the eastbound lanes of the highway. One of the vehicles spun out of the road after the impact.

At least one patient was taken to a nearby hospital in an unknown condition. The name of the victim was not disclosed.
