Riverside, California (April 8, 2020) – One person died in a traffic crash that happened Wednesday morning at an intersection in the Home Gardens area of Riverside County, a local news source reported.
The crash took place at about 7:10 a.m. at La Sierra Avenue and Lake Crest Drive.
Two vehicles collided for unknown reasons.
One person died in the crash, and another suffered minor injuries, according to Cal Fire.
Authorities closed down La Sierra Avenue between Lake Knoll Parkway and Lake Crest Drive as they investigated.
