Woman Dies in Westminster Pedestrian Crash on McFadden Avenue and Beach Boulevard
Westminster, California (February 10, 2020) – A woman was fatally hit by a vehicle in Westminster on Sunday evening, according to California Highway Patrol.
The incident, which took place at around 7 p.m. February 9, occurred in the area of McFadden Avenue and Beach Boulevard.
CHP said a woman was trying to cross the road when she was hit by a vehicle traveling northbound on Beach Boulevard.
Woman Dies in Westminster Pedestrian Crash
The woman was pronounced deceased at the scene. Her identity was not immediately released.
The driver who hit the pedestrian remained at the scene after the crash.
Drugs and alcohol were not suspected to be factors in the incident.
An investigation into the incident is ongoing.
