Major Injuries Sustained in 880 Freeway Crash near Auto Mall Parkway On-Ramp
Fresno, California (February 6, 2020) – Authorities said major injuries were sustained when a motorcycle and two cars collided Thursday morning on a freeway in Fresno.
According to the California Highway Patrol, the accident occurred at about 8:47 a.m. on southbound 880 Freeway, just north of Auto Mall Parkway.
Emergency crews said major injuries were sustained in the accident. An ambulance was dispatched to the scene to transport the victims to the hospital.
The Nos. 1 and 2 lanes were closed following the crash.
The motorcycle was towed away from the collision scene.
CHP is investigating the accident.
