Major Injuries in Kirkwood 2-Vehicle Accident near SR88 and Red Lake Road
Kirkwood, California (February 5, 2020) – Injuries were reported in a two-vehicle collision involving a big rig on Tuesday afternoon near Kirkwood, according to the CHP.
The incident was reported at around 2:20 p.m. February 4, in the area of SR88 and Red Lake Road.
According to the report, a Honda CRV and a big rig were involved in the crash.
There were reports of major injuries. The number of those injured and the extent of their injuries was unknown.
The crash caused a closure of the roadway as crews cleared a Hazmat spill.
