Riverside, California (January 27, 2020) – At least one person was seriously injured in a traffic collision that happened in the area of Riverside shortly before 6:49 a.m. on Sunday.

According to the California Highway Patrol, the major injury multi-vehicle crash took place on January 26, along Highway 60 near Nason Street.

The accident involved as many as five vehicles that collided on the highway for undisclosed reasons.

The CHP said a wrong-way driver possibly triggered the collision.

At Least 1 Badly Hurt After Multi-Vehicle in Riverside

At least one person sustained major injuries in the crash. The victim was attended to by paramedics who responded at the scene shortly after the accident.
