Man and Woman Sustained Critical Injuries in Simi Valley Motorcycle Crash at Tierra Rejada Road and Stargaze Place
Simi Valley, California (January 27, 2020) – According to a local news source, a motorcycle collision that took place in the area of Simi Valley at approximately 6:04 p.m. on Tuesday resulted in critical injuries to two victims.
The major-injury accident was reported on January 21, in the area of Tierra Rejada Road and Stargaze Place.
Police said the accident involved a black 2006 Suzuki GSX-R600 ridden by a Moorpark man eastbound on Tierra Rejada Road and a tan 2008 Toyota Camry driven by a 17-year-old man westbound on Tierra Rejada Road.
The initial report indicated that the Camry turned left onto Stargaze’s place and collided with the Suzuki GSX-R600.
2 Critically Injured After Car and Motorcycle Crashed in Simi Valley
The Moorpark rider and his passenger sustained critical injuries in the accident. The unidentified victims were rushed to a nearby hospital for medication.
The Camry motorist, who was not hurt in the wreck, stopped and cooperated with the law.
The crash resulted in the closure of all lanes of Tierra Rejada Road in both directions up to about 2:00 a.m. Wednesday.
The investigation is underway.
