1 Injured in New Cuyama Car Accident on Highway 166 at Kirshenmann Road
New Cuyama, California (December 29, 2019) – One person was hospitalized Thursday morning after a traffic accident in New Cuyama, according to a local news source.
The crash took place shortly after 9:30 a.m. Thursday, December 26 on Highway 166 at Kirshenmann Road.
As per the report, a Chevy Cruze was trying to make U-turn from Highway 166 back to Highway 133 when for an unknown reason, it was hit by a passing semi-truck.

Paramedics responded to the scene and rendered aid to at least one person who was injured in the crash. The patient was then transported to Marian Regional Medical Center in Santa Maria for further treatment.
No other details regarding the crash were given.
The accident remains under investigation.
