Maria Luna Killed, Man Injured in Pedestrian Accident at Santa Fe Drive and Wallace Road
Fresno, California (December 17, 2019) – A woman was killed in a pedestrian accident that left a man injured in Atwater on Monday night.
According to a local news source, the accident happened at about 9:30 p.m. December 16, at Santa Fe Drive and Wallace Road.
The California Highway Patrol said 77-year-old Maria Luna from Winton and an unidentified man were walking near the shoulder when they were hit by a car.
Luna was killed in the accident.
The man was injured in the accident and was transported to a local hospital in unknown condition.
