Raymond Tenold Killed in Car Crash at Raymond Avenue and Orangefair Lane in Fullerton
Fullerton, California (December 16, 2019) – 80-year-old Raymond Tenold has been identified as the man who was killed in a car accident that occurred at an intersection in Fullerton on Friday afternoon.
According to a local news source, the accident happened at about 3 p.m. December 13, at the intersection of South Raymond Avenue and East Orangefair Lane.
A 2015 Dodge Ram 1500 was traveling southbound on Raymond Avenue when it collided with a 1964 Chevrolet Malibu SS driven by Tenold.
The impact of the collision caused the pickup truck to roll several times, coming to rest on its roof.
Tenold was pronounced dead at the scene.
The 25-year-old male driver of the pickup truck was hospitalized with moderate injuries. He was later arrested on suspicion of DUI.
No other information was provided.
An investigation into the accident is ongoing.
