San Rafael, California (December 13, 2019) – According to the California Highway Patrol, at least one person was injured in a multi-vehicle collision in San Rafael on Friday morning.
The accident occurred on Highway 101 near San Pedro Road at about 7:08 a.m.
A Toyota Prius and four other vehicles were involved in the accident. The manner in which the collision occurred was not immediately established.
The authorities said the driver of the Prius was injured in the collision and was transported to a local hospital for treatment.
The Toyota and a second vehicle were towed away from the scene.
