Valencia Park, California (December 10, 2019) – 62-year-old Gloria Williams has been identified as the woman who was hit and killed by a car as she rode her motorized wheelchair in Valencia Park, San Diego, on Monday morning.
According to a local news source, the accident happened at about 4 a.m.
Williams was riding her wheelchair to a store when she was hit by a dark-colored car.
Good Samaritans administered first aid to the injured pedestrian.
Sadly, the woman succumbed to her injuries at the scene.
