Harbor City, California (December 10, 2019) – A pedestrian was struck and killed by a vehicle in the area of Harbor City on Monday evening, a local news source reported.
The fatal pedestrian crash happened at about 6:30 p.m. on December 9, in the 25700 block of South Vermont, between Pacific Coast Highway and Harbor Village Drive.
The Los Angeles Police Department said a pedestrian was hit by a vehicle of unspecified built while walking on the highway for unknown reasons.
Pedestrian Struck and Killed by Vehicle in Harbor City
Paramedics responded to the scene shortly after the wreck and offered first aid treatment to the pedestrian.
The victim was later pronounced dead at the scene.
