Girl Injured in Stockton School Bus Accident near Hammer Lane and El Dorado Street
Stockton, California (December 7, 2019) – A student was injured Friday afternoon in an alleged DUI crash involving a school bus in Stockton, police said.
The accident took place just before 2:00 p.m. Friday, December 6 near Hammer Lane and El Dorado Street.
According to a report by the California Highway Patrol, a school bus and two other vehicles were involved in the crash. Details of what led up to the crash are unknown at this time.

The school bus was transporting students at the time of the accident. One of the students, only identified as a girl, sustained moderate injuries as a result of the accident.
Authorities determined that the driver of one of the vehicles involved in the crash was driving under the influence of alcohol. That motorist was arrested and charged with felony DUI.
The name of the driver has not been disclosed. The accident remains under investigation.
