Woman Killed in San Jose Pedestrian Accident at Race Street and Parkmoor Avenue
San Jose, California (December 3, 2019) – A woman was struck and killed by a light-rail train Monday evening in San Jose, according to authorities.
The deadly accident happened at around 6:10 p.m.Monday, December 2 at Race Street and Parkmoor Avenue, near the light-rail station.
Authorities said the woman was hit by the train at Race Street and Parkmoor Avenue. Details of how the crash occurred were not immediately available.

The woman was transported to a hospital, where she later succumbed to her injuries. Her name has not been disclosed pending notification of family.
