Minor Injuries Sustained in Concord Accident on 680 Freeway near Willow Pass Road
Concord, California (November 30, 2019) – Minor injuries were sustained after a multi-vehicle crash on Friday afternoon in the area of Concord, according to the California Highway Patrol.
The collision happened at around 1:34 p.m. Friday, November 29, on southbound 680 Freeway, just north of Willow Pass Road.
As per the CHP officials, seven vehicles crashed for reasons still under investigation.

Responding emergency crews attended to the injured parties. The number of the patients and their current condition was not immediately released.
Tow trucks were requested to remove the vehicles from the crash site.
All lanes were opened as of 2:36 p.m.
An investigation is underway.
