Ricky Santos Arrested after Mendocino Skateboard Accident on Highway 1 at Little Lake Street
Mendocino, California (November 28, 2019) – Ricky Faustino Santos, 36, has been arrested following a hit-and-run accident that left a skateboarder dead in July in Mendocino.
The fatal pedestrian accident happened at about 10:50 p.m. Thursday, July 18 on Highway 1 at Little Lake Street.
Authorities said Calum Taite Pulido, 21, of Mendocino, was riding a skateboard in the area when he was hit by a northbound car whose driver fled the scene.

Pulido was pronounced dead at the scene of the accident.
On Thursday at around 3:24 p.m., Santos was arrested in connection with the deadly hit-and-run accident. Santos, who is suspected of being the passenger in the car that killed Pulido, was charged with being an accessory to the crime.
Authorities are still looking for Gina Rae Bean, 41, the suspected driver of the vehicle involved in the fatal crash.
