Woman and Child Injured in Car Crash on Highway 163 near Clairemont Mesa Boulevard in Kearny Mesa
San Diego, California (November 25, 2019) – A woman and a child were injured in a car accident in Kearny Mesa, San Diego, on Monday morning.
According to a local news source, the accident happened at about 9:30 a.m. on Highway 163 near Clairemont Mesa Boulevard.
The California Highway Patrol said a woman was driving a Mazda sedan when it collided with big rig for unknown reasons.
The woman sustained major injuries and was transported to Sharp Memorial Hospital for treatment.
A juvenile in the car was also seriously injured in the accident and was taken to Rady Children’s Hospital for treatment.
