Westminster, California (November 25, 2019) – 56-year-old Denise Leverenz of Huntington Beach was among two people killed in a fiery traffic collision that occurred in Westminster on Thursday afternoon, according to the Westminster police.

The wreck happened just after 4 p.m. November 21, near Beach Boulevard and Hazard Avenue.

According to the report, a dark-colored sedan, a white SUV and a smaller vehicle were involved. It’s unclear what led up to the crash.

Leverenz was a passenger in one of the other vehicles and was taken to Orange County Global Medical Center in Santa Ana, where she was pronounced deceased.

The driver of one of the vehicles was pronounced deceased at the scene.

The other drivers were transported to local hospitals and were reportedly in stable condition.

The cause of the crash is under investigation.
