Major Injuries Sustained in Highway 237 Car Crash near Lawrence Expressway Off-Ramp in Sunnyvale
Sunnyvale, California (November 25, 2019) – Authorities are investigating a major injury accident that happened Sunday night in Sunnyvale.
The California Highway Patrol said the accident occurred at about 9:05 p.m. on westbound Highway 237, just east of Lawrence Expressway off-ramp.
At least two vehicles, including a Honda Accord and a silver Lexus, were involved in the accident.
Firefighters and paramedics responded to the scene to help at least one person who sustained major injuries.
Tow trucks were needed to remove at least two vehicles from the scene.
An investigation into the crash is ongoing.
