Donatus Okhomina Fatally Electrocuted on E. Meadow Drive in Palo Alto
Donatus Okhomina ID’d as Lineman Killed in Palo Alto Accident on E. Meadow Drive near Middlefield Road

Palo Alto, California (November 18, 2019) – The Palo Alto Utilities Department lineman who was fatally electrocuted at the city on Saturday morning has been identified as Donatus Okhomina , 44, according to the authorities.
The incident happened in the 670 block of E. Meadow Drive near Middlefield Road at about 9:47 a.m. on Saturday, November 16.
Authorities said Okhomina was among crew members upgrading an electrical transformer when he was electrocuted.

Okhomina was rushed to a hospital, where he was later pronounced deceased.
No other injuries were reported.
California’s Occupational Safety and Health Administration is investigating the incident.
