Driver Killed in Yuba City Head-On Crash on Pass Road ID’d as Steven Flemming
Yuba City, California (November 16, 2019) – 48-year-old Steven Luke Flemming has been identified as one of the two drivers killed in a head-on-crash in Yuba City on Thursday evening, according to the California Highway Patrol.
The fatal collision happened at approximately 4:50 p.m. November 14, on Pass Road.
The CHP said the accident involved a 2006 Honda driven by Flemming and a 2019 Honda driven by a 17-year-old girl.
The initial report indicated that the 2006 Honda was traveling east while the 2019 Honda was heading west on Pass Road at the time of the collision.
One of the vehicles crossed over into opposing traffic, resulting in a head-on collision.

Both the teenage driver and Flemming were pronounced dead at the scene.
A 17-year-old female passenger in the 2019 Honda was airlifted to a hospital with a moderate laceration injury to her leg.
The CHP did not believe alcohol or drugs were factors at the time of the collision.
The investigation is underway.
