Fremont, California (November 7, 2019) – The authorities have disclosed the identity of a motorcyclist who was killed in a collision with a car in Fremont on Wednesday evening.
According to a local news source, the accident happened at about 7 p.m. November 6, on Stevenson Boulevard near Fremont Boulevard.
29-year-old Joel Vieto was riding a motorcycle on the roadway when he was hit by an SUV driven by a 44-year-old Fremont man.
Vieto was killed in the collision.
The motorist was unhurt in the collision. However, her female passenger suffered injuries to her leg and was transported to a hospital for treatment.
