Fajamarah Fox Killed in Highland Car Accident on 5th Street
Fajamarah Fox ID’d as Driver Killed in Car Crash on 5th Street in Highland
Highland, California (November 3, 2019) – The San Bernardino County Sheriff-Coroner has identified the driver who was killed Thursday evening in a traffic accident in Highland as Fajamarah Najee Fox, 23, of Redlands.
The deadly crash happened at about 10:23 p.m. Thursday, October 31 in the 27000 block of 5th Street.
Authorities said a car, driven by Fox, collided with a semi-truck on the highway for unknown reasons.
Emergency crews responded to the scene and extricated Fox, who was trapped inside the wreckage. He was then taken to Loma Linda University Medical Center, where he succumbed to his injuries at 11:25 p.m.
The operator of the truck appeared unharmed following the wreck.
Officials affirmed the truck driver stopped after the collision and cooperated with the police investigation.
The San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Department is investigating the crash.
