At Least One Injured in Ventura Motorcycle Crash on Highway 101 near Seaward Avenue
Ventura, California (October 14, 2019) – At least one person was injured in a motorcycle collision on Sunday afternoon in Ventura, according to the CHP.
The crash was reported at about 2:36 p.m. October 13, on Highway 101 near the Seaward Avenue exit.
CHP said a motorcycle rider collided with a Mazda sedan in the southbound lanes of Highway 101.
1 Hospitalized after Ventura Motorcycle Crash
One person was loaded onto an ambulance and transported to a hospital. Authorities said the injuries sustained in the crash were major.
All lanes were closed briefly as emergency crews worked at the scene.
The cause of the crash is under investigation.
