42-Year-Old Lovance Johnson Killed in Sacramento Hit-and-Run Pedestrian Accident at X Street and 23rd Street in Sacramento
Sacramento, California (October 11, 2019) – 42-year-old Lotavance Johnson has been identified as the pedestrian killed in a hit-and-run collision that occurred on Saturday morning in Sacramento.
According to the Sacramento police, the incident took place near X Street and 23rd Street at around at 3:55 a.m. October 5.
Police said Johnson was trying to cross X Street at or near the intersection when he was hit by a vehicle of unspecified type.

Johnson was rushed to a hospital by the firefighters but he sadly succumbed to the injuries at the hospital.
There was no description of the vehicle involved in the hit-and-run but police affirmed that the driver fled the scene after the incident.
The Sacramento Police Department is investigating the crash.
