Man Injured in Logan Heights Crash at S. Bancroft Street and Ocean View Boulevard
Logan Heights, California (October 11, 2019) – A man in his 60s was injured in a hit-and-run collision early Friday morning in Logan Heights, according to San Diego police.
The crash happened at around 5:45 a.m. on S. Bancroft Street and Ocean View Boulevard.
Police said a pedestrian was hit at the intersection by an SUV driver who fled the scene after the incident.
The medics who responded to the incident transported the pedestrian to a hospital with serious injuries.
The crash caused a closure of the intersection shortly as the scene was investigated.
The crash remained under investigation.
