Person Seriously Injured in Atascadero Pedestrian Accident on Morro Road
Atascadero, California (October 7, 2019) – A pedestrian was struck and seriously injured by a vehicle Saturday night in Atascadero, according to a local news report.
The accident happened at about 10:00 p.m. Saturday, October 5 in the 7700 block of Morro Road.
As per the local news report, the pedestrian was standing in the middle of the roadway when they were hit by a vehicle on Morro Road.
The victim sustained major injuries and was taken by medical personnel to Sierra Vista Regional Medical Center. The name and condition of the patient were not immediately disclosed.
There were no details provided about the driver of the vehicle involved.
The crash remains under investigation.
