Anthony Miller ID’d as Pedestrian Killed in Pasadena Crash at Colorado Boulevard and Madison Avenue

Pasadena, California (October 7, 2019) – The pedestrian who was killed early Sunday morning in an alleged hit-and-run DUI crash at an intersection in Pasadena has been identified by Los Angeles County Department of Medical Examiner-Coroner Office as Anthony K. Miller. His city of residence was not immediately known.
The deadly accident happened at around 3:15 a.m. Sunday, October 6 at the intersection of Colorado Boulevard and Madison Avenue.
According to a local news report, Miller was crossing the Pasadena intersection when he was hit by a vehicle.
Miller was declared dead at the scene by responding paramedics.
Authorities said the driver of the vehicle involved did not stop to render aid to Miller and fled the scene. The suspect car, a gray pickup truck, was later found in a parking structure approximately four blocks away from the crash site.
Police contacted the owner of the pickup that had damage to its front grill as a result of the accident. The motorist was eventually arrested.
The crash remains under investigation.
