Hannah Garcia Struck, Injured by Vehicle on Central Avenue in Ceres
Hannah Garcia ID’d as Woman Seriously Injured in Ceres Pedestrian Accident on Central Avenue
Ceres, California (September 25, 2019) – The woman who was struck and seriously injured by a vehicle Wednesday afternoon in Ceres has been identified as Hannah Marie Garcia of Modesto.
The accident happened at around 1:35 p.m. on Central Avenue.
According to the CHP, Garcia was attempting to cross Central Avenue from the west side when she was hit by a Honda minivan driven by Adriel Ayala-Riuas, 17, of Ceres.
Garcia sustained major injuries in the accident. Her condition at this time was not disclosed.
It’s undetermined if alcohol or drugs were factors in the accident.
The cause of the crash remains under investigation.
