Woman Injured in Rohnert Park Pedestrian Crash on Roberts Lake Road near Highway 101

Rohnert Park, California (September 25, 2019) – A woman was hospitalized with major injuries after being hit by a vehicle on Monday evening near Rohnert Park, according to the authorities.
The incident took place at about 7:48 p.m. September 24, on Roberts Lake Road near Highway 101.
Authorities said the woman was walking eastbound from the west side of Roberts Lake Road when she was hit by a southbound Nissan Frontier pickup driven by Jerry Douglas, 67, of Glen Ellen.
Woman Hurt in Rohnert Park Pedestrian Accident
The victim sustained major injuries and was rushed to the Santa Rosa Memorial Hospital.
Douglas was unhurt and stayed at the scene.
The crash is under investigation.
