Major Injuries Sustained in Vernalis Car Accident on Highway 33 at Archerdale Road
Vernalis, California (September 20, 2019) – An investigation is underway to establish the cause of a major injury collision that happened Friday morning in Vernalis.
According to a report by the California Highway Patrol, the accident took place at about 11:36 a.m. on Highway 33 at Gaffery Road.
As per the report, a white PT Cruiser and a white sedan were involved in the crash. First responders found one of the cars on the shoulder and the other blocking traffic lanes at the intersection.
At least one person suffered major injuries in the accident. An ambulance responded to the scene to take the patient to the hospital.
Both vehicles were towed away with major collision damage.
