Bradley Huss Hurt in Fatal Willow Creek Crash on SR 299

Willow Creek, California (September 19, 2019) – Bradley Huss, 35, of Redding was injured in a fatal collision that left two people dead on Wednesday morning in the Willow Creek area, according to the CHP.
The wreck happened at about 11:45 a.m. September 18, on SR 299.
CHP said a Mazda sedan was traveling eastbound at an unsafe speed when the driver lost control and drifted into the westbound side, where it collided with an oncoming 2010 Chevrolet armored truck driven by Huss.

Huss suffered minor injuries in the accident.
Both the driver of the Mazda and his passenger were killed in the crash. Their identities have not yet been released pending notification of the next of kin.
CHP said alcohol and drugs were unlikely factors in the crash.
The incident remains under investigation.
