Passenger Killed in Selma Car Collision at Conejo and Temperance Avenues
Selma, California (August 29, 2019) – One person died in a two-car collision that happened early Thursday morning in Selma, a local news source reported.
Authorities said the accident took place at about 5:38 a.m. at the intersection of East Conejo and South Temperance avenues.
As per the report, the crash involved a gold Nissan Sentra and a blue Chevrolet pickup truck.
Reportedly, the Nissan was traveling westbound on Conejo when the driver made a left-hand turn towards Temperance and collided with the pickup truck which was heading eastbound.
A passenger in the Nissan suffered fatal injuries and was pronounced dead at the crash scene. The driver of the Nissan was taken to Community Regional Medical Center in unknown condition. There was no information given on the occupants of the pickup truck.
