At Least 1 Injured in Highway 4 Car Collision near 80 Freeway in Hercules
Hercules, California (August 26, 2019) – At least one person was injured in a multi-vehicle accident that happened Monday morning in Hercules, the California Highway Patrol reported.
The collision occurred at about 8:33 a.m. on westbound Highway 4, just east of 80 Freeway Connector.
CHP officers said three vehicles were involved in the accident.
Firefighters alongside paramedics responded to the scene to help at least one person who sustained a minor head injury.
The westbound lanes of the highway were closed for an unknown period following the collision.
CHP is investigating the incident.
