1 Hospitalized after Biggs Car Collision on Highway 99 at Drake Avenue

Biggs, California (August 22, 2019) – One person was hospitalized after a two-car collision that happened Wednesday afternoon in Biggs, according to the California Highway Patrol.
The incident transpired at about 5:09 p.m. on Highway 99 at Drake Avenue.
Authorities said a Chevrolet car collided head-on with another vehicle for unknown reasons.
One of the cars had at least one male occupant and the other at least one female occupant.
One person sustained minor injuries and was transported to Enloe Medical Center.
Both vehicles were towed away with major crash damage.
CHP is investigating the accident.
