Wofford Heights, California (July 31, 2019) – One person was hospitalized after two cars collided Wednesday morning in Wofford Heights, Kern County, the California Highway Patrol reported.
The collision took place at about 8:04 a.m. in the 5885 block of Highway 155, also known as Wofford Boulevard, at Marina Drive just in front of Dollar General.
A white Jeep and a blue sedan collided possibly head-on for unknown reasons. One of the cars overturned in the crash.
At least one person sustained a laceration to the head and was transported to Kern Valley Hospital.
The vehicles were towed away from the collision scene.
CHP is investigating the accident.
