Firefighter Hurt in Hidden Valley Lake Fire Accident on North Shore Drive
Hidden Valley Lake, California (July 30, 2019) – A firefighter was injured in a fire incident that occurred early Monday morning in Hidden Valley Lake, according to the Cal Fire.
The incident was reported at around 12:23 a.m. July 29, in the 18703 block of North Shore Drive.
Authorities said a structure fire destroyed two homes in the area. About 60% and 80% of the homes were already engulfed in flames when the fire crews arrived. The crews battled the fire and protected it from spreading to other surrounding homes.
One firefighter sustained a minor burn in the incident.
The cause of the fire is under investigation.
