Fresno, California (July 28, 2019) – A man was killed and another was seriously injured in a pedestrian accident in Central Fresno on Sunday morning.
According to a local news source, the accident happened on West Avenue near Shields Avenue at about 1 a.m.
As per the report, a 64-year-old man was pushing a 60-year-old man in a wheelchair across the street when they were hit by a truck.

The 64-year-old man was killed in the collision while the 60-year-old man was hospitalized in critical condition.
The identities of the victims were not immediately disclosed.
The truck driver remained at the scene and cooperated with the authorities.
