Major Injuries Sustained in San Diego Accident on 5 Freeway near Del Mar Heights
San Diego, California (July 25, 2019) – Major injuries were sustained after a multi-vehicle collision Thursday afternoon in the area of San Diego, according to the California Highway Patrol.
The crash happened at around 12:59 p.m. Thursday, on 5 Freeway near Del Mar Heights.
As per the CHP officials, six vehicles including a white Dodge pickup truck pulling a utility trailer crashed for unknown reasons.

An ambulance was sent to the scene to attend to the injured parties. The number of victims and their current condition was not immediately released.
Tow trucks were requested to remove the vehicles from the crash site.
