2 Hospitalized after Single-Vehicle Crash on Ski Run Boulevard in South Lake Tahoe
Driver, Passenger Injured in South Lake Tahoe Car Crash on Ski Run Boulevard at Highway 50
South Lake Tahoe, California (December 27, 2020) – Two people were hospitalized after a single-vehicle traffic accident Monday evening in South Lake Tahoe, according to a local news source.
The crash took place at around 5:00 p.m. Monday, December 21, in the area of Ski Run Boulevard and U.S. Highway 50. Highway 50, also known as Lake Tahoe Boulevard.
An SUV reportedly veered off the roadway and ended up in the bushes next to Red Hut Café.
The SUV driver was transported by ground ambulance to Barton Memorial Hospital while the unconscious passenger was airlifted to Renown Regional Medical Center. Their names and conditions were not immediately disclosed.
No other details about the crash were immediately provided.
