Two Injured in Murrieta Car Crash on Interstate 15 near Winchester Road
Murrieta, California (June 13, 2019) – Two people were injured in a two-vehicle collision on Wednesday afternoon in Murrieta, according to the authorities.
The wreck happened at about 4:20 p.m. June 12, on Interstate 15, just north of Winchester Road.
CHP said a Toyota Scion was traveling southbound on I-15 when it collided with another vehicle. The impact caused the Toyota Scion to overturn.
2 Hurt in Murrieta 2-Car Crash
The two people riding in the Scion were treated for minor injuries by the paramedics.
The crash caused a closure of two southbound lanes of I-15 as the scene was investigated.
The CHP is investigating the incident.
