51-Year-Old Kenneth Mabray Killed in Long Beach Pedestrian Crash at Santa Fe Avenue and 16th Street
Long Beach, California (June 12, 2019) –51-year-old Kenneth Mabray has been identified as the pedestrian killed in a traffic collision in Long Beach late Sunday night.
The fatal pedestrian collision was reported at approximately 10:00 p.m. June 2, at Santa Fe Avenue and 16th Street.
The accident happened when Mabray was hit by outside of a marked crosswalk by an oncoming vehicle heading north at the intersection. The initial report indicated that Mabray might have consumed alcohol at the time of the collision.

As per the Long Beach Police Department report, Mabray sustained severe life-threatening injuries following the wreck. The victim was transported to the hospital where he was later pronounced dead.
The driver of the involved vehicle stopped after the accident and is cooperated with the police investigation.
