Humboldt County, California (August 5, 2019) – At least one person was injured after a traffic crash Saturday evening in the area of Humboldt County, according to the California Highway Patrol.

The crash happened at around 6:46 p.m. Saturday, August 3, the 1780 block of SR-101.

As per the CHP officials, two vehicles including a Nissan pickup crashed for unknown reasons. The two vehicles overturned following the crash.

An ambulance was sent to the scene to attend to at least one person injured in the crash. The name of the victim and their current condition were not immediately known.

Officials are investigating the incident as a major car crash.
