Compton, California (May 20, 2021) – A woman was hurt following a traffic collision in Compton Wednesday morning, May 19.
The California Highway Patrol responded to the crash site at approximately 11:10 a.m. on the 710 Freeway near Alondra Boulevard.
The CHP said a gray Toyota RAV4 slammed into the back of a black Honda Civic sedan in the southbound lanes of the interstate for unknown reasons.
Due to the impact, the Honda acquired major rear-end damage while the Toyota had major front-end damage.

A female party riding in the Toyota sustained unknown injuries in the crash.
Officials requested tow trucks to remove both wrecked vehicles away from the scene.
The accident remains under investigation.
